Greetings from Philippine Academy of Implant Dentistry!
It is an honour to give us an immeasurable gratification to unveil to you the upcoming PAID Conference on Oral & Maxillofacial Implant Surgery & Prosthesis in conjunction with: 22nd Induction Ceremony to be held from January 14-15, 2010 at Fiesta Pavilion (Pandango and Polkabal) of Manila Hotel, Philippines.
The event’s carries the theme Innovations the Gateway to Global Excellence an event that would apprehend and bestow education, improvements and new solutions to the industry and allied industries that would lead to global acceptance and standards.
PAID Conference is anticipated to attract over 500 delegates world-wide from oral and maxillofacial implants specialists such as Dental Implantologist Surgeons, Ear Nose Throat Surgeons & Plastic Surgeons, Orthopaedic Surgeons, Head and Neck Surgeons, Cosmetics and other specialists from both medical and dental fields.
The organizer PAID is an association that has recognized the need for an umbrella organization, considering the growing number of practitioners as well as the different systems now being marketed. With this in mind, the organization invited prominent practitioners to join, regardless of the system which they use, in the hope of fostering camaraderie and good professional relations.
For the first time in the Philippines under Implant Dentistry industry, a number of well known European professors and lecturers from Europe headed by Prof. Dr. Dr. Emil W. Steinhauser of Germany, Prof. Friedrich Neukam from Erlangen, Prof. Rolf Ewers from Vienna Austria, Prof. J. Wiltfang from Kiel, Germany, Prof. Richter from Würzburg Germany.
Professor Steinhausser is considered one of the ‘PILLARS” on Oral -Maxillofacial Surgery while other speakers had their own books or articles published already in their field of expertise and spoken on international meetings. New York University graduates on Implantology and other cranio-oral maxillofacial surgeons were also invited to impart their knowledge skills and expertise that would be very informative to the medical and dental professions.
